2. Towels and Linens are Provided

Another of the benefits of staying with Your Lake Vacation is that you’re provided with all the bedding needed from sheets and pillowcases to pillows and blankets. We also provide bath towels, hand towels and washcloths. You do not need to bring any of those items with you. The only thing we ask you to bring is beach towels for use at the pool or on the lake.

3. Keyless Entry

No need to come to an office to check-in and pick up keys, and then keep track of those keys for the duration of your stay. All of our Lake of the Ozarks vacation rentals have keyless entry. You can arrive anytime after our standard check-in time, and you don’t have to worry about running late. You will be given a 4-digit keycode so that you can let yourself into the home whenever you arrive.

4. Digital Contracts

All of our paperwork is done digitally! You don’t have to wait for information to arrive in the mail, and you don’t have to worry about sending anything back via snail mail. Once you book your reservation with us, you’ll receive your reservation details via email and you will also be sent the contract via DocuSign, for you to sign electronically. It’s as simple as opening the email and clicking a few buttons, and you’re done!

5. Homes and Condos vs Hotel Rooms

When you stay with us, you get all the benefits of a private home or condo including full kitchens, outdoor spaces/decks, and gathering places for larger groups. If you’re worried about giving up the amenities typically found at a hotel, don’t be! Many of our condo complexes offer outdoor pools, as well as other amenities such as lake access, lake swimming, playground, tennis courts, etc.

The majority of our vacation rentals in Osage Beach and surrounding areas are waterfront or have a view of the water! In fact, many of the condos we manage have boat ramps and trailer parking on site. Accessing the water could not be easier! We offer a return guest discount to everyone that’s stayed with us in the past. Just mention the “return guest discount” when you call to book your next reservation and you’ll receive 10% off the current rental rate. Please be aware that you have to book directly through us to receive this discount. If you previously booked one of our properties via VRBO, don’t book there again or you would not be eligible for this discount.
